Convenient, great features.

I am replacing a 20 year old generator with similar capacity. The remote start feature is what convinced me to get this unit. Also, compared to my old generator, the battery is located much better for service, and the control panel has more information. Dual fuel capability is nice. It is refreshing to get a well-written owners manual with good English. It is louder than my old generator for no good reason that I can see except lazy design -- that is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Easy Assembly and Start Up

Difficult to find one of these in the southeast US during the very active hurricane season, but so glad I waited! Easy out of the box assembly, parts and instructions were clear, etc. It is a HEAVY machine, but feels durable and solid. Looking forward to many years of reliable use.

I live in the mountains and bought this to run my house when power goes out often.
Instructions need to mention adding oil at the beginning of the Inst. Book.

Started Up No Problem

No issues as of yet. The generator started up easy with the push of a button. I had a licensed electrician set everything up so that it is easy to power my entire house (minus our electric stove) in the event of a power outage.
I would recommend this to a friend!
