I purchased this generator one week ago, it arrived on time, without a scratch on and very easy to assemble. Very good instructions on start up and a Great Product.

Dual fuel is a great feature

Enough power to run almost everything in my house. Propane runs much cleaner and more trouble free, than others I have owned before. I look forward to years of good service.

Great Generator

I purchased over a week ago. It came package very well. It only took a couple of minutes to attach the wheels. I put in some oil and gas and the generator fired up immediately. I was surprised that the generator was not as loud as I thought it would be. I have a pressure washer that is louder than this generator. I haven't got to use it yet in a storm, but it appears to be built very well. I'm sure it will work fine.

A victim of recent Hurricane Zeta ... no power for 5 days! The wGen9500 checked all my requirement boxes. May never need it ... but have it just in case.
