Great Packaging; Great instruction booklet

This is a new purchase, just arrived. The packaging was great. Setup simply required attaching wheels and feet.
I have a gas generator with a bad carburetor because the gasoline went bad. I picked up a 30 pound propane tank today, and will primarily use Propane in the generator to reduce risk of gasoline going bad again (i use stabil, but the gas trapped in the carb still went bad)
Most importantly, it came with a great user manual. The Warranty language was clear, and more detailed than I'm used to seeing.

Worked great out of the box

I bought this for a partial house backup. It was easy to set up and was easy to use. Everything to get started was included except gas (including a quart of oil). Remote start worked fine, had it up and running in about 10 minutes. No I just need to get a transfer switch kit.

Well built unit

Bought this unit after quite a bit of research and reading other reviews. I will be using it as a back up generator if the situation ever arises. During testing it powered just about everything in my house with no problems. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a portable back up generator.

This is a wonderful generator! It has the capacity to run our entire library. With dual fuel modes, electric remote start, and many connection options, this generator is perfect for our purposes.

WESTINGHOUSE 12,000/9500-SHIPPING WAS SUPER FAST AND VERY EASY TO SET UP. I WAS AMAZED HOW EASY IT WAS TO SET UP TO MY LP GAS CYLINDER AND START IT. I WILL BE USING THIS TO POWER MY WHOLE HOUSE .The wireless remote allows ME to stay indoors
