As the title says, this is one of those items that you invest in that you hope never to have to need.... but will be forever grateful to have if you do. We just purchased it in preparation of this winter. It's easy to set up, easy to move around and easy to start. We have not had to use it as of yet but feel assured that it will work well if we do.

PURCHASED THIS GENERATOR TWO WEEKS AGO. I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY. INSTRUCTIONS WERE EASY AND ASSEMBLY AND FIRST START UP WAS A BREEZE. RUNS QUIET AND REMOTE START UP WAS SO SIMPLE TO DO. VERY SATISFIED.

Great Generator and Great Price for the size

Have had the generator for over a month now during a long power outage. Very easy to assemble. Hardest part was putting the oil in which there is a funnel provided and just make sure you pour it in slow. Not an issue at all. Not very loud at all. Was able to run water heater and Pellet Stove while also powering all the 110 outlets in the home including Frig and Freezer. Very happy with the power output.

Great Generator

Before making such a big purchase I did a lot of shopping and research on different generators and which would be the best choice for my family. I needed one that would be dependable, could run an RV or a section of my house when we loose power.
The WGen9500DF came with clear instructions of initial set up, how to crank, and how to add to the load in stages.
I chose to run it with propane instead of gas so it would run cleaner and propane has a longer shelf life. But I am glad to have the option to do either.
We have not lost power yet, but the set up and initial cranking has been exactly what I was hoping for.
