Great Generator for the Money

This is an awesome generator for the money! Generator arrived in great condition. Only defect that was found was one of the welded nuts for the feet was welded in the wrong location not allowing bolt to thread. All I had to do is break the tack welds and place nut in right location. Took all of 30 seconds. Was pleasantly surprised how quiet the generator was. It is still pretty noisy but if you want a quiet generator, spend twice as much and by an inverter generator. Also surprised at how easy it was to move generator around for as large as it is. All in all I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Loaded with great features

My new Westinghouse arrived today and out of the box that was well packed came with zero shipping damage. after a thorough examination, every item was present and had no issues with the simple assembly of the wheels and connection of the battery. The manual is very informative and explains the ease of operation with simplicity. I have not started it at this time because I do not have the propane that I wish to use so I will do a follow up when I do but I am impressed with the quality of materials and the features of this generator. I must add that I live in South Louisiana and I am in no hurry to have to use it .

dual fuel with electric remote start makes this generator ideal for my emergency back up. It is easily moved so I can take it to a job site or even use it with my camper. Lots of options.

Great Product

I purchased for home backup. I have a large 4600 sqft home with 2 electrical boxes that I fitted both with interlocks. I have tested the unit running off buried 500 gallon propane tank and easily powers most everything I need to in the home. I have not used / tested the unit under load for more than 10 minutes. But the unit easily started on first try and seems to be extremely well constructed. I plan to keep the battery trickle charged and am highly confident it will be ready to power my home when needed. Very happy with purchase.
