I have this powering my entire house. It's easy to start, runs for hours with the large fuel tank. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay powered up during hurricane season in Florida.

Just purchased as ours was old and not running properly. Got it set up and started so easy and runs so much quieter than our older model. Super easy to start and has several different power connection options, also works with propane or gas. So far its been amazing!

This is the best generator I have ever owned. Built like a tank and easy to use. This is the perfect generator for your average home owner. The dual fuel option and the accessories package were an added bonus.

Got us through Hurricane Milton

Purchased in Sept 2023, first use was Oct 2024 during Hurricane Milton. Followed instructions for assembly and was using only propane.
Giving a 4 star rating for 2 things:
Initially, generator would start and then die after a few seconds. CO and maintenance lights would come on, but manual does not clearly explain what that means. Turns out it was due to the low oil level as detected by the sensor as the generator needed more oil than came provided in the 1.1 liter bottle.
Second, the tire and location of the 50 Amp 14-50R outlet make it an awkward fit for my cord as it exits down from the plug.
It is not a quiet generator, but that is to be expected due to its capacity.

Easy set up, directions were easy to read. Electric Start with remote is very handy. Dual fuel makes it easy to always have a fuel on hand. Comes with everything you need to get started except for the cord.
