We read all the instructions which were all easy to understand. The break in process went very smooth. Everything is working perfectly and we are very happy with our purchase. Brings us peace of mind knowing we have it.

Purchased this generator as a replacement to use primarily for power outages during hurricane season. Love the fact that it is dual fuel and has an included remote start key fob!

Arrived in good condition and started on first try

As a Florida Gulf Coast resident, reliable alternate power is extremely important. My generator arrived in excellent condition, with no external or concealed damage. It was well packaged and all parts were included. It is heavy for an old guy, but I was able to assemble it without much trouble. I hooked it up to propane and it started on the first attempt with the remote. My hope is that, except for routine maintenance, I never have to start it again.
