I am extremely pleased with my purchase, Easy to put together with minimum effort. Well built, powerful I love the feature of remote starter, couldn't be happier!! with this machine.

Just got my new Westinghouse, it's an upgrade for me. Haven't had to use it yet, but love the push button start and especially the dual fuel capabilities. We'll see what the weather gods have in store for us. Perfect shape out of the box, added oil and hooked up the propane. Fired right up. Gave it 4 stars because I haven't used it yet. My friends bought one too

Powerful, Nice Features, WGen9500DF

Was easy to setup and started right away. Only ran on propane so far. Was quieter than my previous unit with half the power. Remote start worked great. Looking forward to connecting to house to power the well pump and furnace in the future. I like the option of the ST switch also.

Solid generator with good features

Purchased a WGen9500DF after a lot of research. Major requirements were price, fuel economy, being able to use gas or propane and build quality. Product design and documentation have been well thought out. On first use with gasoline and using key fob the unit started on first start cycle. I use a transfer switch on house and power 3/4 horse power water pump, septic, 2 refers and freezer, 12k split air conditioner , computers, lights etc.. No issues and unit has not labored at all. Plan on installing a propane tank to fuel the gen as we can loose power for a week and can't get to a gas station for gas . Recommend this be put on your list for consideration.
