We just recently upgraded our generator to be able to run more items during the storm season in Louisiana. We lose power about 3 times in the summer anywhere from 1-9 days at a time. The generator itself is beautiful in looks and the remote start is a great feature. It gives me peace of mind to know all my wife has to do is press the remote start button on the key chain to get everything back up and going.

This generator has all the features that I was looking for , and then some. I purchased this primarily as a stand by generator in case of power outages, of which we've had several in the past few years. First start up after assembly was perfect, fired right up with the remote. The engine is quieter than I had expected, actually quieter than my neighbor's Whole House Generac. So far I am extremely pleased with this unit and my son may be purchasing one for his home in the near future. Thanks for making such a great product at a very affordable price. 👍👍

The first generator was delivered damaged. An exchange was requested without issue. The new one arrived and the packaging was in way better shape than the old one. Upon inspection, everything looked good. I followed all the start-up instructions, and it fired up straight away ad ran perfectly.

I am very pleased with this generator. It cranked easily on its own as well as it ran smoothly and relatively quiet for a generator. I love the features of this unit. It cranked fin e with the push button and the remote. It is heavy as expected but with the wheels it is no problem Only time will tell if this unit is dependable, but I think it will be. It is exactly what I needed.

Bought this to replace my old home back up generator and run our 5th wheel when needed. Already much more impressive than the old unit we had. This Westinghouse is built better, lighter, dual fuel, and quieter. Very happy with the purchase. The remote start is a great feature as well.
