Arrived safely and works great

The generator arrived strapped to its own pallet. There were no marks at all on the packaging. My husband read the owner's manual to ensure he operated it correctly. He ran it the first day for 2 hours with no issues. The manual does say there is a high altitude adjustment that is required for operating at altitudes above 2000ft. Operation without this adjustment will cause decreased performance, increased fuel consumption and increased emissions. There are 2 items to purchase: High Altitude Carburetor Kit and High Altitude DF Regulator and both must be purchased. I guess I will be searching for these two parts to purchase and then I will have to figure out how to install them. It would be helpful if the company just shipped out a unit designed for high altitude to alleviate this headache for the owner. The receptacles have been rearranged so that the large 50A is located in the center of the unit, thereby removing the issue of this large cord being located above the wheel. I look forward to having this unit to power my refrigerator, freezers and well pump during long power outages. I am rating this a 4 because of the additional parts I must purchase to efficiently operate it above 2000ft. elevation.

Great portable generator. Started right up upon purchase. Love the dual fuel capability. Super heavy though. Standard wheel kit is decent and much appreciated

Purchase generator December 2022, it worked great for the first time we needed it in July 2023, however, it is now January 2024 and upon testing the generator. I’m unable to get it to start. I’m not able to obtain any Indicating lights even with a new battery. Not sure what the issue is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has so many features.

I can't believe how many features this generator has and how much you can do with it. You can connect it to power your entire home. You can start it with a remote. With the Smart feature, it will even turn on and off when needed. Great product.

Just unboxed, easy setup, put on wheels and feet, added oil and gas started up with no problems, thank you electric start, no more pulling

Very happy to have dual fuel flexibility

With all the research I did to determine which way to go, I'm very satisficed I went with this generator. It was very easy to put the final assembly together. Anxious to start it up I attached it to my propane tank and it fired up right away, plugged in a few lights and we were ready to go. The cart made it very manageable to maneuver even with the weight of the unit. The oil supplied with was a little shy of what was needed, but I was aware of this from previous views of reviews that this might be the case. No biggie. Its nice to have confidence that in the moment of a power outage, I will have appropriate backup with a unit that is with reasonable noise levels while running too.
