I have never owned a generator before. I looked over several reviews before purchasing this generator. I am so glad I decided to purchase this one out of the many that were online to look at. This generator has everything you need and more. Easy to assemble and the dual fuel options are awesome. We have several black outs here where I live and I have the confidence that this generator will meet all my needs.

Started off easy to assemble.

Had no problem starting it up the subling was very easy only took probably 20 minutes at the most. Hooked propane tank up started right away. Only thing is is having to let it only run at 4,400 Watts for 5 hours.

This product (WGen9500DFc) runs my whole house with the A/C running with no issue on propane! Glad to finally have the security to have power when power goes out. Highly recommended!

Simple set up and operation

Purchased in July, currently awaiting PG&E installation of transfer ready smart meter...We've had 3 power dips since July and I've only run the generator once for keeping my refrigerator going for 6 hours. Simple to use and much more quiet than I anticipated!
