Just purchased but very happy to have this as a backup option for power outages and for a RV in the future. Runs great, easy assembly, and super easy to start.

Outstanding workmanship. Great instructions that, in spite of its weight, allowed me to totally prepare the device. It is also not as noisy as I thought it would be. Living in FL, my wife has been after me to get something to protect our food/lights. Hope I never have to turn it on. Beautiful piece of equipment! Please send me the generator cover to help protect it! Thanks

Our WGen9500DF arrived with everything that it stated. Once I took a few minutes to set it up, it fired right up. Checked the gasoline and propane run options out and both worked. No more stressing out about power outages. Bonus is that we can use it with our camper as well. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a generator.

I had purchased some solar generators because I live in Louisiana and we get a lot of hurricanes. But once I bought them, I found out I did not have the correct whip to be able to use on our water well. So I decided to buy this Westinghouse dual fuel generator. I am very amazed! I have not tried out the gas part of it, but I have tested the propane. And everyone in Louisiana knows the gas station lines are so long before during and after a hurricane. But no one is ever standing in line to buy propane. And propane is sold on every corner around here. Gas stations, Dollar General’s, Family Dollar‘s, you name it! So I’m very tickled that I can have water after hurricanes now. And I don’t have to stress too much about the long gas lines. I highly recommend this generator for anyone who lives in a hurricane zone. Oh, as an added bonus, I can charge my solar generators off my dual fuel generator! And I can do it in less than half the time I would have to do it with solar panels! It’s a win-win!

bought this unit for back up power when the power goes out, haven't had an outage yet but when testing it everything looks good. Was packed great and very easy set up.
