I purchased the generator just in time for a Hurricane. Glad that we did. Really like that it has dual fuel and for me the push button start.

Arrived in great condition

Easy to set up following the included instructions. Took about 10 minutes. Started up and runs fine powering an air compressor and power saw. Still in its break-in period so keeping load below 50%. Not super-quiet, but not too loud either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hurricane ready

We went through hurricane Ian last year in SW Florida and was without power for a week. We had my folks and my sister and nephews staying at our place and we were all stuck due to the flooding. No power means no water (we’re on a well). 9 people stranded in one home in the heat with no water equals a pretty rough week. Learned my lesson. Got a transfer switch installed in the home and bought this generator for home back up so that situation never happens again.
The minor assembly was a breeze and I was very grateful it included the oil. No scratches or dings at all. Now…I wait for the next storm.

Very happy with this generator. The only thing I would have liked to have added to the meter is a “percentage of voltage used”. Otherwise, it’s great.

Power where and when you want it

This is a solid machine that will power what you need when you need it. Really like that it is gas and propane powered. Hated being powerless for weeks.

BEST ONE FOR THE MONEY!

I bought the WGEN9500DF generator in late July. I've wired in to my house for backup service and have only used it once. The generator worked perfect and I was able to run almost everything in my house off from it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good backup generator.

I wanted to be prepared for our next outage so I needed a generator I could depend on. I am one that does a lot of research before I buy anything. I found this one and I watched a lot of videos, read reviews and articles. We broke it in and it runs amazing! I got the 9500df. I love the remote. Instructions are very understanding so I believe I am ready for next outage. I made a good decision on this. Thank you Westinghouse!!
