Won't start with gasoline

After go through reviews . I feel bad because I should read those reviews before bought 9500df due to same problems with a lot people got. After few time use it ( just try keep it run one awhile when storage it in our patio) just wondering how WH solved this issue because no one repost it with solutions why it won't start with gasoline but propane???

I have only had it in possession for a week or so and having to call today on why it will not run my lights in my shop when a 3500 watt inverter does without any problem. I am hoping Westinghouse will take care of this problem when I call today. It runs everything else in my shop except my lights which are LED and pull least wattage of anything. Hoping this is a simple fix

Wanted a good generator that was easy to start and would also run on either gas or propane. This was my best choice. Had all the features I was looking for and for a good price.

I find this product easy to use. The control panel is very self explanatory, and the included directions are easy to understand. It is on the heavy side, but it maneuvers well on the wheels.

WE BOUGHT IT 9/22 AND HAD TO WAIT FOR THE GRANDSON TO COME TO GET IT HOOK UP BUT IT IS DONE. IT WILL RUN THE WHOLE HOUSE LOVE IT CHEAPER THAN A GENERAC LOVE IT
