I purchased this WGen9500DF Generator for my home when power is temporarily out. It is the perfect size to take care of my needs. Thank you for an excellent product and price. I showed my neighbor and he is buying the same thing.

Doesn't run, support is trash

Bought the unit a couple months ago. Followed break in etc. At about 60 hours it started randomly shutting off. Now, it usually takes at least a half dozen attempts to do more than come up to voltage/speed and die...assuming it gets running, it randomly shuts off...maybe 5 minutes, maybe 30 - either way it is a real PITA.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent unit! Strong, reliable power when we might need it. Assembly was simple, and it cranked right up the first time we tried it. Should be a fantastic addition to our home.
