I ordered through “The Build Club” located in Los Angeles. They had the best pricing and it was shipped directly to my driveway and the delivery guy helped me bring it to my backyard. It’s heavy without the wheels.
The unit looks clean and sharp! Really easy to install the wheels and rubber feet. I’m looking forward to testing it out once I review the manual! Will update more later!

I bought this a few days ago and had not yet tested it, but when I started the registration process there was an offer for a free cover if I provided a review. I would be happy to provide a 5-star review when I have thoroughly tested the product. For now, I am very happy with my purchase experience and am expecting that the product (9500DF generator) will work as promised, and match other excellent reviews.

Garbage support. Screwing me out of warranty.

Purchased this from a local electrician to rely upon during power outages. Electric start Panel has failed - light does not come on despite charged battery, button doesn't work. Westinghouse says my electrician is not an authorized reseller and therefore I have no warranty claim. I have no faith in Westinghouse as a company now as they don't stand by their product, they just try to worm out of supporting it. Disgusted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features love the remote

Got this yesterday put it together easy to do started it up starts right up I love the idea that it runs on propane or gasoline and the remote start is great

I have always needed a sizeable portable generator for back up power. I find this unit very clean, compact, easy to set up and operate. Runs great with plenty of power. Very satisfied. Nice machine, easy to move about.
