My 9500DF generator arrived in perfect condition. Everything you need to to get started is included except fuel. The assembly is quick and the instructions easy to understand. The fold up handles are a great feature. The unit started right up and is ready to go!

Great power with propane or gas. Packs power for its small footprint. Starts easy with the key fob start.

Everything that you need

So far am very satisfied. This generator is rated at all the power needed to run a household in emergency situations. Bought along with the Automatic ST Switch to automatically power necessary 110 volt items. Haven't wired into house yet, but have run multiple high starting draw items along with heaters and power tools in the garage during break-in running. From what I have seen, I don't think this generator will have any problem running the household. My opinion is that this is an ideal setup for in town use at an affordable price as opposed to unreasonably priced Generac and Kohler automatic generators. Really like the key fob push button start as well.
