Received the generator well packaged without any damage or issues. Unpacking and assembly were quick and easy. After adding engine oil as instructed and hooking up to propane, the generator started using the key fob on the second try. The generator was easy to move. The noise level was very acceptable for a generator of this size. A great sense of security for when local power fails.

Great machine

I purchased this in Feb. 2021. I haven't needed it but I just started it up for the first time on propane. I had no issues but it will not start or run on gas. Customer service was very attentive and I am currently waiting for a technician to follow up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Beast Of A Generator

Everything came packed tightly and perfectly no damage at all. It looks like we will be able to handle all of our needs for our home during a blackout. I can’t wait to start it up and get it going.
