Runs great. No issues

Really nice generator, I would have given it 5 stars but the 50 amp plug is in a bad spot directly over the wheel. You have to bend the 50 amp cord to make it fit. Other than that it looks to be made well

I recently purchased the unit. I liked the way the unit was built, copper windings in generator, cast iron sleeve in the engine, low oil shutdown, remote FOB, duel fuel, no flat tires, covers on the receptacles, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased this based on the "extra" features and was not disappointed. Easy to assemble/set up. Electric start is awesome. Used to power my house during electrical failure and RV.

Hurricane Ready

Hurricane Irma left us without power for 5 day a few years ago. I vowed to my wife that it won't be the case next time. After a lot of procrastination, research and my wife's constant "encouragement" to "at least buy something", I decided that I would get a generator that would run the whole house. This powerful dual fuel model fits the bill. Plus, it has great reviews. I will be hiring an electrician to install an interlock switch before the hurricane season swings into action.
I have never owned a generator before and found it easy to add the leg supports and wheels. I followed the easy to understand set up instructions and connected it to a propane tank, pushed the start button and it started right away. I'm not looking forward to hurricane season but it's better to have a generator and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Exactly what we wanted!

We needed to up our disaster preparedness game and wanted a generator that could handle the whole house. After lots of research, we determined the 9500DF was the one for us. It has both the start up and running capacity required to keep all essential systems/appliances running during an outage. But the most important feature for us was dual fuel capability. Thankfully, we haven't had to use it yet, but we feel confident that it will be more than adequate when the time comes.
