Assembled this 9500DF generator today. The user manual was the best by far that I've seen in more than 20 years. Everything that was to be in the shipment was there. Easily assembled following the very clear instructions. Using the key fob it started on the second cycle (needed to get gasoline in the carburetor). Starts 1st cycle in every subsequent start. Haven't tried propane yet, but expect it to go as well. Excellent product and a happy customer.

Electric start is a life saver

I picked this up from a damaged goods auction. It only had cosmetic damage. I tried pull starting it without much luck. I hooked up the battery it fire right up. Have only run it a few hours so time will tell how well it holds up.

I BOUGHT THIS IN CASE OF POWER OUTAGES AND IT HAS BEEN A GREAT ADDITION TO MY EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT AS WELL AS A SOURCE FOR POWER TOOLS. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH ALL THE FEATURES ESPECIALLY THE PROPANE FUEL USE AND NOT HAVING TO STORE GAS.

High quality, solid build, easy to use

I bought this Westinghouse 9500 kw unit to upgrade from my old 4000 kw. Took me about 15 minutes to set it up. Nice features and design. Owners manual well written. I am just going through some break-in cycles now with moderate loads. Runs smooth and less noisy than than my old 4K model. Love the dual fuel option.
started up right away with the push of a button. Getting electrical work done to the house now to use the 50 amp. Will be giving it a full test run in a few weeks, but so far I am very impressed with this generator.
