Bought this item after Harvey hit south east Texas and when the freeze hit the center of the United States February 2021 it powered one of my floor of my two story home.

I have owned this Generator for over a year.
Does not start when temperatures are too cold
Had some type of surge (I have a surge "Suppressor") and using a 10 gauge extension cord but still had something go wrong with power output. Generator runs good but no power output.

Great features for value

Me not being home when the power goes out created a problem for my wife. The addition of this electric start is great and her ability to start it with the remote is fabulous. Now when the power goes out one push and she's up and running. Even came with trickle charger which I thought I was going to have to buy separate.
