Packaged well. The assembly instructions and the start-up procedure were well written and easy to follow. A solid-built generator that should handle all of my needs during any future power outage.

Purchased in June. Will be for a good use such as a hurricane. Would have preferred tri-fuel since we have NG here in SAV. Do you have a "bolt on adapter for NG"? Simple to use. Like the features. Glad it is from the USA. Keep up the good work.

Very happy with the purchase so far. Still in break in period so no heavy loads yet. Worked perfectly for our first power outage when plugged in to my manual transfer switch.
