Received in July. Fired up and ran great for break in on 1 gallon of fresh gas. Tried to start again for power outage related to Hurricane Ian, refused to start on 5 gallons of fresh gas. Tried around 20 times. Switched to propane, ran great. If warranty works with me to fix problem, I'll edit to 5 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought it for back up during storms. Plenty of power to keep everything running. Push button and remote start are great features.

We received our generator way ahead of expected delivery date. It was very easy to set up and started immediately. We are very happy with it.

Worked perfectly

Purchased just before Hurricane Ian and it ran perfectly the four days we needed it before power was restored. Three refrigerators, lights, fans and entertainment center barely put a load on it.
