Exactly what I needed

We have frequent power outages during storms up here in alasks. I was just running a small 2000 watt generator it was not enuff to keep the whole house running. This has plenty of power to run the whole house. I haven't tried the jucuzzi jets and probably won't. I been just running it on propain. I dont want to put gas in it becouse I don't know how long it will sit between outages. Highly recommend

Purchased to power sub panel to be installed by licensed electrician. Arrived prior to electrician so I followed the included quick start guide to assemble and start the generator. Very easy, used key fob to start on gas, switched on the choke and it fired up immediately! Looking forward to the security of a back up for frequent power outages.

Unable to Order Generator Parts

Impossible to order parts for Wgen9500DF. While the generator works, maintenance and upkeep will be impossible if Westinghouse doesn’t set up a way to order parts. When their answering service finally does answer the phone and you request parts and give them part numbers, they send you a generic “Thank you” email response and another case number each time you call or email and no acknowledgement of the order or bill to pay.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
