I looked at other generators that were top brands as well and I couldn't find any that had the outstanding features as the wgen9500df..

This is the sports car of generators. Very well made, solid, feels and looks durable. I can't give it 5/5 as it arrived damaged with the top bars being bent, which on reviews seems to be common. That's like getting your new car with a dent in the hood.
But if I had to nit pick: the tires are cheap plastic, given how well this is made I'd expect real tires. I'd see this being an issue only if you move it around a lot, in which case go get some real tires and problem solved. The paint is well done, unfortunately when I lifted it up to check underneath and put on the rubber feet I noticed the bottom bars are all scratched with bare metal exposed (guessing it's slid around the factory while being put together?), so I'll need to repaint it to avoid rust.
But that's it, not much to complain about. For the price and high quality I doubt you'll find better. Would I buy it again, yes. And I'd bet someone out there can tell you what size aftermarket wheels to get at a hardware store

Saves Us During Outages

My family would rate this generator outstanding. The power of this unit is stronger than we had anticipated. We needed an generator to start up our house heaters, keep our refrigerator running and our lights on during an outage. It did more than that. There wasn’t anything in the house that we couldn’t use. We spent several cold days and nights when our power went out. We are pleased with this unit because it was easy to learn how to use and easy to install.

Looks great, but won't start

I purchased this a couple of weeks back and it came in today, so excited to have, took it to the job site and couldn't get it to start. Now in the process of troubleshooting the unit. Doesn't bode well with me as the factory should have insured the unit was functioning. Once this unit is running I know it will be everything we wanted,our friends have one and we've seen it be an absolute workhorse. but for now, disappointed

I bought this on December 12,2021 and it was delivered om December 14,2021. I don't care what anyone says that's super fast. It even has a remote start. Added gas and oil (5-30 syn) and it started right up. So far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
