After having a big storm come through and without having power in our new hone for two days we had to buy this generator. Easy to assemble and started right up.

From hurricanes to freezes, living in Texas requires a back-up power system. Bought the 9500 for it's power output and flexible fuel source. Was very pleased that it came complete from oil and wrenches to butane connection hose. No need to buy or modify anything. That's becoming very rare in a most products! Instructions are clear and helpful.
