Customer service was awesome but to rate the product I would give it a 1. The umbrella is weak and broke the next day and the lounge chair got very rusty.

Cool chaise

We love our chair but, the instructions say that it will take 1 hour for 2 people to assemble. The assembly wasn't difficult but it took us 4 hours to assemble and had some issues with figuring out how to assemble the "umbrella" portion. The chair is very cool and very comfortable but it is also very high. We're short people (5'3" and 5'5") and had to purchase a small step stool to comfortably get into the chair. We don't regret buying it because it looks great and is well made.
