The lounge chair arrived in a timely way. It was boxed well, provided with clear assembly instructions, and fairly easily assembled. The lounge is sturdy and easy to stretch out on for men and women.

The direction we’re okay but

The direction we’re okay but not great. The YouTube video was much better. However, there was no mention of the video in the instructions. This should be corrected.
I was missing one washer/nut/bolt and had to go to the hardware store before I could complete installation.
The LED light assembly was not on YouTube and I could not get it assembled. Disappointing but not a deal breaker.
Overall, we like the hanging chaise and it will get a lot of use.
I would look into getting this included in BILT.
