The best office chair I have ever bought

Even after a part was broken with the chair, they sent me an entire replacement! And after finally assembling it, I am loving this ergonomic chair. Best money I have ever spent.
This chair is very similar to my overly expensive chair in my office. For a quarter of the price of that this is amazing. I really enjoy the arm positioning options and moveable is amazing. Lumbar support is really comfortable.
After a lower back injury, I needed a better chair. I saw this recommended, and after doing my research, I can say: worth it. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair is everything I hoped for -- comfortable, breathable, supportive. With a split keyboard, the multi-adjustable armrests absolutely justify the upgrade from basic C7. How many hours a day do you spend in your chair? Spend the money.
The FlexiSpot chair offers real lumbar support, strong structure, and comfortable leg extension. I had never seen anything like it before. If I could afford, I would have purchased a matching desk as well.
I bought this product a month ago and everyday I have to turn the chair over and tighten the bolts so the chair will not wobble. I have reported this to FlexiSpot and they continue to tell me to send them videos and recheck that all the bolts are tightened. I have done this and still no help from them for fixing the problem. I like the chair otherwise.
I love my new office chair! It's comfortable and has a solid headrest and nice foot rest. The only thing I'd change is the arms to make them not move around as much. They don't stay in position and make loud clicking sounds when you do move them.
Honestly, if you're on the taller side, you know the struggle of finding a desk chair that actually fits. I’m 6'3" and 240 lbs, and I spend up to 10 hours a day sitting at my desk. This is the first time in my life I’ve bought a chair where I didn't have to max out the height adjustment—it actually goes higher than I even need it to, which is a massive win.
I went with the foam cushion version, and it is incredibly comfortable, even during those brutal marathon sessions. The lower back support and overall frame feel rock solid.
My only real complaint—and I know a few others have mentioned this too—is with the armrests. They adjust all over the place, which is great in theory, but they move way too easily. There's no lock on them, so the second you bump them with your elbow or lean on them to stand up, they slide out of position. They really need a locking button to keep them parked once you get them where you want them.
Aside from that one annoying flaw, it’s an absolutely solid choice. If you’re a bigger guy tired of chairs that feel like they're made for teenagers, you'll love the room and height on this thing.
The lumbar support is so large it prevents me from moving my butt far enough backwards to use the back of the chair. I spent 600 to basically sit on a stool, not cool. Would return but disassembling and shipping a computer chair is a pain, I’ll probably give it to a family member who doesn’t know how uncomfortable it is and make it their problem.
