I’m sitting in it right
on September 10, 2025

I’m sitting in it right now as we speak, it’s great once you adjust it to your size and preferences! Coming from a cheap racing seat gaming chair that I bought as a teen, this is night and day lol. Not only is it a more mature yet stylish look, the C7 Max ensures I keep my posture up to par throughout my gaming + homework sessions as a grad student in their late twenties!

The arms moving is convenient

The arms moving is convenient but they can’t be locked down and if I didn’t wait so long to see if I could just deal with it I would have returned it. Otherwise a fine chair.

Easy assembly, good quality fabric, and not expensive. The reclining action is a little rough and not easy to keep in position sometimes (I&m 6ft 180lbs). It&ll pop down to half recline or just upright. The wireless charging doesn&t work with my Samsung or earbyds case. The cup holder will fit a soda can just perfectly but not any cup or mug. Applying side pressure to the arms makes me nervous that it might break. My cat loves it and I like it for a comfortable seat while watching 1 it 2 shows.

Great chair so far. The adjustability, the lumbar support, head rest, and leg rest are wonderful.

Great construction, easy assembly. Packed with care.
Fantastic and well thought through customization where it counts. I got the foot rest and find it indispensable.
Careful with the footrest; if you are accident-prone, retract it before dismount.

It’s expensive for what it

It’s expensive for what it is. I have another office chair that I paid half for that is almost as comfortable. The extendable foot/leg rest is a nice feature.
Response from FlexiSpotBy FlexiSpotNovember 5, 2025
We’re glad you enjoy the extendable footrest feature. While our chair may seem pricier, it’s built with sturdier quality, backed by SGS and other certifications, and comes with a 10-year warranty for lasting peace of mind.

This chair was exactly what
on September 9, 2025

This chair was exactly what I was looking for! The recline with footrest has been a game changer for both productivity and gaming. I have a bad back and this has given me the ability to stay at my desk for hours on end. I am very satisfied with my purchase!

It&s okay, but had some
on September 12, 2025
Posted by: Matthew T.
It&s okay, but had some flaws, some from keeping it economical, which is fine with me, and some which are just inherent flaws in design, which are the main reason I had wanted to return it.
The biggest flaw is that there is no way to sit in this chair in proper spinal alignment and have both your upper and lower back supported.
The relation between the lumbar support and the upper back support is inverted: there is no way to have the upper back support come forward, or for the lower back support to go far enough back, to have the proper relation between the two to actually conform to a human spine in proper alignment. Also, the seat is either too long or the back supports cannot come forward enough to allow someone without very long legs to sit properly. You are forced to slouch to come into contact with both the lumbar support and upper back support at the same time.
That said, if you only have contact with the lumbar support, it is possible to sit up properly, but that&s not good enough for a chair that purports to help you sit well.
