Great except for head rest

The chair is very comfortable and I like the adjustability. However, I wish the headrest was more adjustable. I can&t find a comfortable position for it (it feels like it is constantly pushing my head forward), so I just removed it.

Lots of features, but not as comfortable as the day goes on

I purchased an EL7 and thought it would be nice to replace my office chair at the same time. My current chair was a "popular memory foam" brand and was over 10 years old. It was rated for a person up to 275lbs for 8-10 hours per day. I am 240 lbs. and sat in it 8-10 hours/day for the last 10 years. The pad feels like new, but the arm rests are cracking.
The chair I chose was what I believed was the flagship of Flexispot office chairs. It shows a rating of 300 lbs. but doesn&t state any sitting time rating. After a week of using it, I am getting sciatic pain from the seat. The memory foam does not respond like other memory foams, but more like a normal seat cushion. I cannot believe this has a rating of 300 lbs. (which I am not!).
The armrests have NO noticeable padding and are showing indentations after 1 week of use. I ordered it without the footrest and have not gotten a response to whether I can add one now. The "5D Adjustable Armrests" sound cool, but I wish they lost one "D" and added memory foam to them.
On a positive side, the back is comfortable, and the headrest is easy to adjust. I wish they would have used wheels like the ones on the B3 vs the "Durable Nylon Wheels" that require a chair mat on hardwood floors (I can change myself).
I&m going to give it another week before I pack it up and pay to have it shipped back. Fortunately, I kept the box. Worst case scenario, I did buy a sit/stand desk, so maybe this will prod me to stand more.

This chair is great. It is extremely comfortable to sit in and is night and day compared to my previous chair. My only gripe would be that the arms are a little too easy to adjust. I notice sometimes when getting in or out of the chair that they will move around a little. It&s not really a problem just room for improvement.

Excellent office chair! I especially love the 360-adjustable arms, which allow me to tuck my elbows in closely to my torso - this is insanely helpful for shoulder injuries. Lumbar support is great. My only complaints are 1) the bottom-most height adjustment is just a hair too tall for me at 5&7" wearing tennis shoes, and 2) the headrest doesn&t adjust backward/out-of-the-way enough to accommodate a hairstyle like a claw clip. I ended up removing the headrest entirely but it was comfy while in use!

Extremely comfy!

This is the first ergonomic chair I ever bought. I had very basic office chairs and gaming chairs before, but after getting into a degree that requires me to spend long hours at a desk, I realized it was time to get serious with a good office chair that didn&t kill my neck and back. I&m a shorter person, and even though this chair is recommended for taller people, it suit me perfectly. I am able to adjust it just right for my height. Extremely comfy. When I get tired and my neck starts getting stiff, I just change the adjustment to shift position, and it helps a lot in avoiding pain. The adjustable arm rests are also super useful since I could adjust them just right for them to line up with my keyboard tray and support my elbows while I type. Super recommended!

I&m really liking my new

I&m really liking my new chair. My previous chair was cheap and had a thin cushion and no back support. Since I work from home and sit at my desk for 6-8 hours, sitting in that chair was terrible for me. My legs started swelling up really bad. I decided I had to buy a new one and knew I&d have to spend some dough if I wanted to be comfortable for hours on end. I&ve been using my new chair for about 2 weeks now, and my legs seem to be doing fine. I like the fact that the armrests adjust.
One thing to note is that if you&re on the smaller side like me(under 130lb), you may have trouble getting the chair to go up and and down and recline.

Great option!

Very comfortable and customizable! My only issues are that I wish it could lean back farther, and I wish I could lock the 4d arm rests in place.
