Good case with a good amount of protection but I was very disappointed with how the design looked in person compared to the online pictures.

This case is awful and provides 0 protection. Literally just got a new iPhone 14 pro max and the phone slipped other of my hand and dropped on a wood floor and the total back of my phone shattered. It provided 0 shock absorption and I’m so unhappy and disappointed.

I don’t recommend this case. I have a brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max. It didn’t last 3 months in his case. I have a screen protector and a camera protector as well. But the phone fell out of my hand and the entire back shattered. It looks like my phone absorbed ALL of the shock, and the care did basically nothing. Do not buy if you love your phone.

Terrible product! I used this for my IPhone 14 pro max - it didn’t protect my phone back from a 2-3 foot fall. The entire back of my phone is cracked/broken. I’ve never broken a phone before especially not with a short drop on a flat floor. Avoid this case! If it says drop tested I’d say that’s a lie.

What am I doing wrong? I can’t press the power or volume buttons while using this case. The power button doesn’t seem to match up with the case, but the volume buttons do. Still, nothing happens when I try to press any of these buttons while my case is on? Am I the only one?

If those buttons are feeling a bit stiff, we find that they'll loosen up after some additional use, but they should be lining up perfectly with the buttons on your phone.

I you don't want a case that looks like the photo then maybe this could be for you. The photo was smooth and darker red with maybe some black flecks in the color. The real case is very pink with a hint of red, it has very shinny glitter in the plastic, and the edges are rough. :(. Very disappointed in this as I like my other OtterBoxes a lot. But, this is more something I would have expected from a cheap brand.

So bad…, I bought this case 2 months ago for my IPhone 14 pro max and from the beginning I noticed how 2 weeks later it was staining on the sides. I thought it was dirty which didn't make sense because I always clean it, but no... 3 days ago I noticed that practically the sides turned black when my case’s lilac

I always get this style every time I get a new phone for the sleek design and drop protection but this time this case let me down….I have my brand new Pro Max on my lap was seating on my patio chair and my phone fall down flat on its back and the back glass shattered (have other phones happen the same thing an the glass survived) was not expecting that kind of damage! Very disappointed !
