Worst product ever and from the reviews they won’t replace your phone just will give you a new phone case even though that’s not was broken. Dropped it from 30.5 inches at work when I missed the desk by accident that was only the 2nd drop I’ve had with this phone!!! The 4ft to 78x shockproof information isn’t true. Can’t believe I was recommended this brand!

I have always used otterbox cases on my phones, especially the symmetry version but now I’m looking elsewhere. They’re not the same great quality they used to be. I threw my case away because my screen cracked

The case was super cute at first and then it turned a nasty color around on the rubber. I really only trust these cases but I don’t want a nasty looking case again

Terrible. Not worth the money.

Garbage. The back of my phone shattered from a short drop and the case turns brown even though it says that it is anti yellowing. The power button gets stuck on the side shortly after purchasing and doesn’t work. Absolute trash and so disappointing. I have been a loyal OtterBox customer for 10+ years but I will be switching to a different brand.

Only case I’ve used, first time having any issues.

For all of my iPhones over the past 7 years (8, 11ProMax, and 14ProMax), this is the only case I’ve used. I’ve never had any issues until the case with the 14ProMax.
I’ve been using it less than a year, taken it off of my phone maybe once or twice to clean it with a dry cloth, and it’s become so stretched out and loose. It pops off with minimal effort. I’ve never had such an issue with the symmetry series.
I've since purchased another at a discounted price, waiting to see if this happens again.

DON'T BUY THE CLEAR

Honestly these cases just keep getting worse every year, the same clear case on my 6S is perfectly clear like the day I bought it, but this one is peeling, yellow, and disgusting all around the edges in less than a month. Stupidly I thought it might be better than the black one I originally bought (that has since stretched the rubber so much the phone isn't secure and pops out in my pocket) but clearly there's some engineering issues going on here.
