Good case

It is a good case, the buttons are easy to press for the power and volumes but the MagSafe on the back doesn’t work well with the accessories or even what MagSafe says about it being strong enough to hold the weight of the phone from the charge wire.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our internal testing actually showed things working out just fine in terms of facilitating a "locking" connection with Apple's MagSafe technology and accessory ecosystem, so this is certainly a bit surprising. We'll be sure to share this feedback with our quality and design teams so they can dig in a bit more, and in the meantime, we'd be happy to help get you set up with a warranty replacement to see if there's just something slightly amiss with your current unit.

I bought this because I thought the design/print was cute and it is but the sides are stained after a week or so of light use. It looks horrible now.

Otterbox is still my go to!

I have been using Otterbox cases for years - they tend to be my go to as I have never had a phone screen crack on a drop or had a phone damaged when using their cases. I ordered the ‘don’t even chai’ color and expected it to be a little darker, but it is still a nice color. I have a Popsocket magsafe wallet on the back of the case and it feels secure - I am able to hold it by just the Popsocket and it does not fall off or feel like it is going anywhere. I just wish they had a light baby/pastel pink color - no brand that I use has a light pink case and I don’t want to use a brand I’m not familiar with on such an expensive device. I feel like that is a very marketable color that I have not seen anywhere and would go with all phone colors.

Nice case, but stained after 4 days of use

Bought this case regardless of the mixed reviews. I really liked the color and have loved my OtterBox cases I've had in the past. But like others, my Blue-tiful iPhone case had these dark orange/brownish stains after only 4 days of use. Lost the receipt so I am hoping I can get a replacement...

I purchased the clear OtterBox symmetry case with MagSafe. So far I really like the case it’s nice and seems really well-built. I have always use the commuter case so I was worried this case went to provide enough protection, but I wanted the MagSafe feature.. it’s not quite as sturdy is a commuter case, but it does seem to offer plenty of protection for my needs so overall, I’m really happy with the case and it looks great
