This is by far my favorite Otter box case so far. The buttons worldly smoothly. The case is really pretty. And it seems just as sturdy as the others I have had in the past.
I’ve always got the otter box symmetry series for my phone and this one is honestly my favorite one they’ve made. They redesigned it to make it way sleeker and to me more comfortable. i saw a couple of not great reviews which made me initially question getting the case but since I’ve always got this version, I decided to ignore them and get the case again and I am definitely glad I did
My phone screen cover shattered and should have been covered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are so sorry to learn of the damage your new iPhone 14 Pro Max sustained while under the watch of the Symmetry Series+ case. Were you using a screen protector as well? Although we put each of our cases through numerous drop tests to ensure they'll provide the best protection available to help limit the potential for such upsetting outcomes, the use of such a piece is never a bad idea.
Regardless, any given incident is subject to a variety of unique dynamics that are at times beyond our control and prevent us from being able to eliminate all exposure to risk. Unfortunately, our warranty won't be able to help with any device repairs or replacement, though we would very much like to get you set up with a new OtterBox for a fresh start on that side of things. Please feel welcome to reach us at 1-855-688-7269, and we will be glad to assist you further.
So far so good. I've always been an Otterbox fan and in particular the Commuter series (my first Defender with a GS3 was way too bulky), with the latest Commuter on my GS21 Ultra 5G. I am trying the Symmetry case on my iPhone 14 Pro Max because of the MagSafe feature as I use magnet-based mounts for both phone in my vehicle. It appears to be slightly less protective than my Commuter case but the MagSafe is worth it. If I don't get COVID-19, Monkeypox, or the Flu, I'll up the rating to 5 stars because of the antimicrobial pseudo science.
