Dirty so quick.

Just got my case less than a week ago and the outside edges are already so dirty. I’m so sad! I get you have a guaranteed policy but to have to pay shipping for a case less than a week old is a shame.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some of that could be due to the types of materials the case has come into contact with, but it's tough to say without a better understanding of its use. No protection when dropped

iPhone 14 pro max dropped once after owning 2 weeks. Zero protection from OtterBox. Do not buy!

We genuinely put forth every effort—from design and materials to manufacturing and post-production testing—to ensure our cases will provide the best protection available to help limit the potential for such discouraging outcomes; but unfortunately, any given incident is still subject to a variety of unique dynamics that are at times beyond our control and prevent us from being able to eliminate all exposure to risk.
Our warranty won't be able to help with repairs to your device's backside, though we would very much like to get you set up with a new case for use once that has been taken care of. Please feel welcome to give us a call at 1-855-688-7269, and we'll be glad to assist you further.

Shockproof and beautiful

I love the lilac color and how very strong yet light weight it is. I dropped my phone at least 4 times already and have no issues.. no cracked screen or dings on my phone. Love it

I love the case! It’s just that where the buttons are. They move and are willingly it feels like the buttons are moving too. If I knew this was going to happen I would’ve bought a different case.

Unique Color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the lilac Otterbox iPhone 14 Pro Max Symmetry+ case as a free sample from Influenster and I immediately fell in love with the color to match my purple phone. It’s sleek and the case has an elevated edge to protect my screen face, but I am still a bit afraid of the protective abilities since dropping it on concrete in a slim case was how I managed to crack my screen under a screen protector and dent the side of the phone, which damaged the parts on the inside. I had to replace the phone. This case is so nice and not bulky. It sits on my Otterbox MagSafe charger nicely, but when I’m tracking I go back to my Otterbox Defender Pro for that extra protection and security-even if it is just in my mind. This case also has a lifted edge around the back cameras, but I’m wondering why none of the cases add more coverage for the edges of the cameras. Overall, it is nice and I would’ve gotten this case prior to breaking my last phone, it wasn’t an Otterbox case, which was also my fault. The quality of Otterbox cases are unmatched.
