Worst galaxy phone I've ever owned

Your feedback means a lot to us and we thank you for talking to us about your Galaxy A35 5G. There is nothing like being on a call and then suddenly, you hear silence, the shocking, “Hello?... Hello!...” Then you are looking to see what could have happened. We have all been there; however, if it is happening more than usual, it may be a good idea to figure out why. The first troubleshooting step is ensuring you have a reasonable charge on your phone. Using an authorized Samsung charger will allow your battery to perform better. Also, closing down applications that are not in use can assist with your phone having more stability. If your device is shutting down completely, ensure your phone case is not obstructing the power button on your device. How you are gripping your device may be interacting with buttons that may cause your device to power down.
