Very Disappointed in this product!!!

Had phone for 5 months. Screen froze to where I was unable to operate phone. And charging port would not allow me to charge phone. Thought upgrading was good deal. Should have stayed with other phone!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had phone for 5 months. Screen froze to where I was unable to operate phone. And charging port would not allow me to charge phone. Thought upgrading was good deal. Should have stayed with other phone!!!

Flip any are no good

All flip phones are awful. I too had the worst experience with this warranty issue and hardware. The flips all have bad hinges and they refuse to give warranty on them. Went through 3 phns and the 3rs i have to pay for even though I have one already paying for in payments. So they got got me for 2 for 1 price. Only thing this was worth was the trade in value. Luckily I was able to pay off and trade in for ultra. Never a flip phn from them again.

Love phone hate defects

Bought this 3 months ago. Screen died under warranty. Month later still waiting for parts. Had same problem with previous flip in 2nd year. Love the size and fits in pocket, but now thinking not worth the defects
