I installed this dishwasher about a month ago. We have a lot of people in this house hold so we do a load of dishes sometimes twice a day. So far, we are finding several dishes per load that don’t come clean. Usually about 10% need hand scrubbing after every load because they are now baked on from drying cycle. We rinse all dishes before loading. I’ve heard it could be from the type of soap but I doubt it. My last dishwasher that was half the price would do a much better job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As a basic troubleshooting step, please check that the spray arms can rotate freely and that the spray-arm openings are not blocked. Also, make sure the filter is clean and properly installed, use the recommended amount of dishwasher detergent, and avoid overcrowding the racks so water can reach all items. If dishes are consistently left with food residue, try a normal or heavier cycle rather than a shorter cycle and ensure the incoming water is hot enough for proper cleaning.

Love it so far

Although we've only had this for a week, I'm very happy with it. It cleans much better than our older dishwasher, I like the shelving configurations and options, and it's very quiet. I also like the blue & white lights that shine on the floor to let you know when a cycle is finished.
I would recommend this to a friend!
