I cannot drain the water fully, if there is a provision at the top to drain the water, that will help.

Very easy to use! I can make my husband a cup of green tea pretty quickly because of this!

Improved design

After my last Chefman water kettle gave up the ghost, I ordered this new one. The new handle is different, (now open on the bottom which seems to be designed to allow more room to flip the switch). The switch is a firm click on/off, whereas my last one was loose and had a tendency to flip off at the wrong time, or if bumped. Seems like it is an improved design.
