I have been trying different recipes lately and decided to try a deep fryer. I did not want a large fryer for several reasons one being that it is just my wife and I. Another being that I did not have much counter space. This fryer was perfect for us. Small footprint and only needs 1 litter of oil.

I live this little deep fryer. Although it takes awhile to heat up once it’s at the desired temp does an excellent job off keeping it there. Ez to empty and clean. Very help to have the temperature control and the little basket works great. I’ve had all kinds of deep fryer including a very fancy built in one that was a huge pain to clean. Takes up minimal counter space. Great for small as well as larger tasks. Fir larger tasks it may take a little longer to get it all done but more than makes up for it in the ease of cleaning and use friendly simplicity

This little deep fryer is the bomb! It uses less oil than my previous deep fryer, therefore it heats up much faster! The heating element is not submerged in the oil which makes cleaning it much easier. Very happy customer!

Growing up we had a deep fryer. You could almost cook a whole bag of french fries in there. I am obviously not familiar with quarts because I didn't realize how small this was going to be. It does the job it's supposed to do and it does it well, but the portions are tiny. This is not meant for cooking up food for a party. It's easy to clean mainly because it is so small it doesn't take much to clean it. If you plan on using this occasionally for one person, than it should be fine. For large gatherings, than no.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
