Excellent! Follow directions and these will be great pans for a long time. I’ve used everything but the stock pot and each pan performed well and cleaned up easily. There was a bit of white film on the cooking surface but I’m not too worried about it. I’m a big fan and longtime user of cuisinart products and bought these because I upgraded to induction cooking. I couldn’t be happier with these pans.

This set is beautiful. This was to replace a similar brand that I had for decades and is more in line with my minimalist aesthetic. If you use medium heat, no abrasive cleaners wooden or rubber cooking utensils and clean and dry right after use, this set will last a lifetime.

These products don’t hold up very well. Even when rendering plenty of fat (butter or ghee) in the pan, items stick to it.
One of my burners on my cooktop is completely ruined because a film or coat from the skillet burned onto it. I do think I will beer buy products from cuisinart again. I’d like a refund but I don’t think one will be issued.
