I cut my finger pretty deep opening the knives from the packaging. I open the carton from the top which exposed the blade and there was no sheath covering the blade. One of the knives cut my forefinger while I was slicing because the top of the knife, the flat supposed to be dull part, had not been dulled enough on the top corner, so while the pressure of my finger going down on the top of the knife it cut my finger. To me that is very poor quality control.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got these as a Christmas gift. So far I'm happy with them. The only issue I have right now is some of the staining on the inside bottom of the pans. I'll have to figure out how to get rid of them.

So sorry I bought this first small pot I used boiled some veg and chicken pieces for stock when done had black spots that with soaking would not come out. Will not use other pieces
