I’m too lazy too go outside and grill and I also don’t like how much of a mess it is to use the cast iron grill pan because it splatters so much. This is pretty self contained for a weekday dinner that doesn’t justify the setup and cleanup of an outdoor grill. I also like the drainage system which helps keep the foods leaner by draining off the fat. I also like how it’s hidden and isnt loose and flimsy where you risk spilling it. It will still create a little smell but is minimal compared to cooking it out in the open.

You have to have a license to operate the appliance .Don’t buy if you only want one thing e g toasted cheese sandwiches.We returned ours after NO use.Could not get the thing to even heat up and hold temp

Purchased this after my last griddler bit the dust. This one is better in so many ways. I like the smoke-less mode and being able to have different temps for the top and bottom is great. I also like the fact that I have the option to only heat one of the griddles instead of both like the previous model. It did take a bit to get things figured out, but it's not difficult at all. I would definitely recommend this!

We love the Cuisinart Griddler. This is our third one - the first "smokeless" one. Iris so easy to use and clean and cooks your food perfectly. We love it so much, that we purchased another one for my 89-year old mother who cooks for herself and she loves it too.

Great appliance. I bought it as a panini maker but I find myself using it more often as an indoor grill. Does a good job will all types of meat and fish. Like the versatility and doesn’t take a lot of space in my pantry. Glad I bought it.

Works as advertised. Nice to have reversible grill plates that can be independently controlled with the heating elements. Grill plates clean up very easily and are dishwasher safe. Used several times so far and happy with results. Would be nice to have locking handle for more convenient upright storage.
