I might rate it higher after using it some more. It takes some time to get used to setting controls. What I have made so far has turned out okay but I did babysit it quite a bit. Cleanup was easy enough.

Good idea but the steps just to get it was over complicated. 2 dials with temp would work better & faster. Since instructions were incomplete time was wasted on trial runs to get it running. Easy to clean. Pain to set up to heat.

I bought this grill because it said “smokeless”. It is not! It cooks the food nicely and is easy to clean. But I don’t have a vent or hood, so my kitchen fills with smoke when I cook beef. I need to hook up a fan and open my windows so my smoke detector doesn’t go off. Not a good situation in winter!

Very good for indoor grilling. It is my second one. I purchased it as an update of my old one - which still works - just wanted some of the new features. I will not throw my old one away, but give it away as it still has life to live.
