This griddler has so many different functions—it can be used to grill almost anything and can also be used as a panini press. The top and the bottom fold open and each side has it’s own temperature settings—you can use one side as a griddle while using the other side to grill at the same time—make eggs on one side and grill ham or bacon in the other side. Paninis and grilled cheese come out perfectly in about 4 minutes. This griddler couldn’t be more versatile. It has become a staple in out kitchen. And cleanup is a breeze!!

Fantastic appliance. I use it daily. Chicken breasts cook in 10 minutes. Burgers 3 1\2 minutes. Have cooked chicken breasts, burgers, chops, steaks, pancakes. Highly recommend it.

Awesome indoor grill/griddle and panini maker!

Easy to use and cooks super evenly. Non-stick surface works great, we even made pancakes with chocolate syrup swirls and it didn't stick at all and cleanup was a breeze. Time will tell how long the grill/griddle will last but I'm super impressed so far!

Easy to use and very convenient for faster grilling. I love that I don’t have to wait like when using the traditional oven. Salmon/ chicken cooked so perfectly. I have issue with cooking eggs as they don’t stay and slip towards the inside edge of the plates. Maybe it’s just me and I’ll ned more practice. Overall, very happy that I bought it.
