[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this so I could grill in the house when it's cold out, and let me tell you I love it. It has so many different things you can do with it. It grills up steaks wonderfully, I've also used it to make grilled cheese, fried up some potatoes. The possibilities are endless. So when it's cold a snowy out I can still have a BBQ.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new contact griddler with smokeless mode. I have cooked fish and chicken so far. Cooks evenly. I also like that is perfect size to fit in my kitchen counter. Easy to clean. Set up was super easy also

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best grill I've ever owned. It cooks and taste just like if were using a outdoor grill. The smoke less mode is simply AMAZING!! Works perfect!! You can cook so many things; almost anything on this grill. Fast cooking, but don't like that fool you! Clean up is EASY BREEZY!! I definitely recommend this to any and everyone! I plan to give these out for Christmas gifts as well. That's how much I love mine!!

Appreciate smoke-less feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always wanted a griller that does grilling job however without much work that is required for the grilling. This griller does the perfect grilling job that too without much effort, smoke-less feature when you want or regular grilling as you please. The griller is ready to kind of, does not need much assembly. I just washed the grilling plates with warm soapy water before my firat use. The operation takes some time to understand, hence advise to have a manual overview and available videos online so that you do not struggle like i did. The grill plates are non sticky, food does get burnt but removws easily with the scraper provided. I would scrape the plate after every round of grilling, does not take much time. The smoke-less feature is my favorite one which is perfect for an apartment dweller like me. I have used it for grlling veggies , cheeses and they came out perfect. I also made breakfast items like egg, pancake, french toast just like i make in a regular pan without any problem. Its prefect for my home needs and saves me using mutiple pans for the purpose. Its for now a permanent appliance on my kitchen counter.

It has a removable grill side and a griddle side which is nice for many things, from meats to pancakes!

Great cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great cooker,I cooked some chicken breast and they came out looking like they came straight off the Grill outside and they cook pretty fast on the Griddler Grill and I love the Space and not to wide or to long I can out four good pieces of Breast of Chicken or Six handmade hamburger on the Grill or Salmon Cakes instead whatever you prefer but I haven't tried to do the Salmon cakes yet but I like the grill indentation it leaves in the meat like it's fresh if the Grill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish it would’ve been easier to use. We are a busy household and we were disappointed. It took way too long to figure out. Having to toggle between the temp, smokeless or what your cooking. It wouldn’t stay set. It grilled ok, but just not convenient or user friendly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this smokeless contact griddler. Perfect for a small kitchen and to cook a couple steaks or burgers. Nice for when you don't need to bust out the outdoor grill, like the dead of winter. And perfect for a small apartment where you can't have an outdoor grill. This reminds me of an appliance I had back in the day, except it is way upgraded and better quality. And it works so much better. I've cooked meats, vegetables, panini type sandwiches and I have even made pancakes and sausage on it. Drip tray is super convenient and well hidden in the bottom where grease cannot accidentally escape.
