I ordered 2 waffle makers because I was worried this would not have the nice, deep wells that my old waffle maker had. I tried this one first and LOVE IT!! The cook/brown alert is perfect and we got amazing waffles with nice deep holes and the level of brown/crispy that I like to hold up to the toppings. ORDER IT if you are thinking about it!!

Great waffle maker for a family! I had the Black & Decker version for a few years but the Cuisinart is a higher quality build and the ability to set how dark you want is a worthwhile upgrade. The product feels well built and I am sure it will last a lot longer the the B&D version. The
