I use a “yeast” recipe for my Belgian waffles so they are light and fluffy! At night I make “waffle ice cream” sandwiches as our snack! The double waffle maker is so easy to use and clean. I always use the “batter cup” that comes with it so I don’t ever have any batter spilling out from either of the irons!

A solid waffle maker with excellent design and construction. Cleaning is fairly easy, the controls are very intuitive and easy to adjust. The drip pan is well designed and serves its purpose. Extremely happy with this--and it's a Cuisinart!

Easy to use and the double-waffle ability makes waffles pretty fast. The non-stick surface has held up perfectly over about 10 batches so far. It comes with a book of recipes that I've worked my way through, and it makes everything from chocolate, to pumpkin, and ever liege waffles well.

Is a replacement as we wore the previous one (same model) out. Plate under the griddle seems kind of cheap, but it may be that it is made with lighter material to lessen the weight. Waffles are excellent!
