It heats quickly and toasts well. It doesn't make sense that there is no timer...a basic feature, and throw in another rack, where at least you can have two available racks to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bought the oven a few weeks ago and it has performed better then other ovens I have had, which means a lot to me because most of the Cuisinart products are of great quality.

Very happy with how easy this is to use. We eat lots of bagel and it toasts it perfect! We Use a toaster oven everyday for something. Usually get a new one every 1 1/2-2 years. First time we bought a cuisinart and will buy one again!
